INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put collar around neck and fasten Velcro straps.
2. Ensure roller valve is open (upward position).
3. Tighten inflation bulb valve (turning Clockwise).
4. Begin to pump the inflation bulb and the layers will gradually expand. Continue pumping to get a comfortable stretch. in your neck.
5. After approx. 1-2 minutes of pumping, close the roller valve (downward position).
6. Sit comfortably in an upright position, relaxing your neck and shoulders and wear the device for 20-30 minutes per session.
7. To deflate, ensure roller valve is open (upward position) and loosen the inflation bulb valve (turn counter-clockwise). Unfasten the velco straps to remove from your neck. Store with air or apply light pressure to deflate completely.
